OUR STORY

Legacy Building Company, LLC's roots date back to 1998 when Frank Chinnici left a 10 year career in commercial banking to enter the real estate development business. He joined First Amherst Development in 1998 as a development partner where he sourced new projects for the company while overseeing all of the firms financial activities. In 1998, he also teamed with Crystal Construction of Rochester NY to form the predecessor company that in 2001 became Legacy Development.

Mr. Chinnici completed several projects with each of these groups before moving on to become the sole owner of Legacy Development in 2003. Since that time, Legacy has grown to become a full service, vertically integrated real estate development firm specializing in unique value-added development projects.
